We took our Maltese, Phoebe, there. Phoebe was somewhat matted and they didn't have a lot to work with. We picked Phoebe up and she looked so cute. They did a great job clipping her and she didn't seem at all traumatized. We've gone to the big pet store chains, as well to local chains, and Pampered Canine is the best!

I took my shih-tzu puppy there for the first time and she was not scared, i.e, didn't shake like crazy. They cut her hair perfectly, brushed her teeth and trimmed her nails for a very fair price. I definitely recommend.
