I first came here as an undergrad to look for some glue...had no idea what I needed but the staff helped me through the process and they did have a lot of glue to choose from. Eight years later and I'm still here shopping for glue. No, I don't sniff the stuff. Highly recommend to all humbio majors and all med students. Their distinction is customer service and they do have everything you need despite the small size for a hardware store. This place is like my personal garage and the first place I visit for school projects.‎

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Even when I didn't know exactly what it is that I needed, they were able to locate the right item for me. One one occasion they didn't sell the exact thing I was looking for, but had something suitable in their spare items bin, so they gave it to me for no charge. And on most days, they even offer free popcorn, which keeps the kids happy. ...

They go out of their way to help you and they are very knowledgeable. They are very friendly and courteous.‎
