Went into the store a couple months ago and they didn't have much. The other day I went to get a new setup and they gave me a great deal and sweet hood. They told me they have a new manager and it was obvious since the last time I was there a couple of months ago.There wasn't never as much stuff as there is now. The new organic lines are really cool, I've been waiting for new products and they delievered. Thanks guys‎

I needed some rock wool today, called them for pricing of 98 cubes, not to bad (and they're close to home). Either way the customer service changed my view of prior reviews. I talked to a guy named Wes. I asked about selection, he told me what he had. Straight forward. I told him I was sending in an old man to get my product. When my friend (65+) arrived he was greeted by name, and he was well taken care of. Shop here more so they can lower prices. Remember at this point this store is a convenience, lets make it a necessity.‎

Went into this store a few days back...the guy working there was goofing off with a couple of buddies at the counter and he never even asked if I wanted any help or had any questions. With the current economy and that kind of attitude, he will be out of business before the end of year. The sad thing for him is that I was looking to buy that day. I had been looking and reading online for about the last month on what kind of system I wanted and he had it in his store, but instead of buying from someone who acted like I was not even there, I came home and made an order from an online shop for $500 worth of equipment.‎

This hydroponic shop is one of the worst stores for hydroponic equipment supplies. Poor selection, prices are ludicrous, and the staff is unfriendly and not at all 420 knowledgeable. We need a real hydro shop in Palm Springs.‎
