I am thankful to have Dr. Palm and Colchester Dental Group as my dentist. Thanks to them I no longer view a necessity (visiting the dentist) as a painful chore. It is actually fun. Seriously, it really is! The people who work there are great and make you feel right at home, they also know how to have a good laugh!! I use to be the person who only came to the dentist in an emergency but by then I was in a good deal of pain.Thankfully, they took the time to educate me. They showed me the importance of maintenance and prevention so fewer emergecies arise and gave me examples and tips on. Never again will I let things get so bad and never again will I be afraid of the dentist! Suzy‎

Growing up in the area I have some awful experiences with Dentists and was generally skeptical about this one until I walked in to the office. I was extremely impressed with the decor of the office that came across as elegant and professional. I just had my first appointment with them and have nothing but generous thoughts for the whole staff. Courteous, prompt, and thourough. They obviously enjoy what they do and that makes it easy to discuss anything. Scheduling - I have such a hectic schedule and they did everything to accomadate my needs, Billing/Insurance - They know more about my insurance than i do which helps me maximize the treatment I recieved. The best part of my whole experience is that Doctor Giulianelli removed an old smoking stain in 15 minutes, while several other dentists I used in the past simply ignored it and advised I live with it.
