I took the Zen Meditation class Saturday morning with Sensei Harvey Wood-Cohan. He is an amazing individual. The class filled me with calm and inner peace for the rest of the day. Sensei Cohan also taught the Monday noon basic class. Being a beginner I appreciated his patience and caring instruction. The insights I got from his instruction I know will help me for a long time.

This is a really awesome workout. The instructors are really nice and knowledgeable.

It's in the back of a warehouse off of a main road, so it makes me a little nervous to be there at night.
