Horrible customer service, for tenant and landlord.
Collects payment, does not follow through with any work orders prepared by tenant.
Their handyman are incompetent, horrible workmanship, trespass on premises when units are vacant, without permission of landlord.
Actually destroy property in the midst of attempting to repair. Office staff & OWNER are liars!!!!
They do not monitor property in any way.
Their final walkthrough inspections never have the property in the same shape as when the property was left in their incompetent hands.
Military is about to take them off their housing list of agents.
