I recently moved to the area and am also new to taking care of a pool. Feeling a bit intimidated and not knowing much, I visited the store and was impressed to find a family run business that cares about taking care of people as well as their pools. The owner was extremely helpful, and I was comfortable asking questions here that I didn't feel comfortable asking elsewhere. He even gave me a bottle to fill with water to bring back if I needed assistance in getting the chemical balance right. I am happy to say that I can take care of the chemicals for my pool, but if anything is ever off kilter, I know where I can go to get taken care of.
