I run a truck route though that area twice a month, and I saw the store. There isn't any other store around where I live that sells old ventage games, so I thought I would give them a try. I walked in, and I was impressed with what they had, but then after finding the game that I wanted, and the price, I walked out. I don't think I'll be back.

The game was FF7 for PS1. They wanted $90 for it! I know where I can get it for $30 NEW! It was a rip off in my mind and I will never walk back in there again!

Well it is a fairly large game/comic store. But my goodness I agree about the trade in value. I traded some old nintendo games Three of which being Ninja Gaiden 1 2 3, and the main guy told me Because they were cartridges he could only give me a buck each for them because they wouldn't sell for much. Then I saw them on the self for 25-30 bucks each. They rip ya off pretty bad but they are the only store of their kind in the area. so whats a person to do?

This is the place to stop by for all your video game and comic book needs.They have new and used games and used dvd's and vhs movies used contollers a wide selection of comic books,posters and action figures,shirts and baseball
football cards books and magazines and thats not all theres much much more.You can also trade in your used games and dvd's and other stuff for store credit or cash!
They have a very friendly staff that will help you find whatever you are looking for and they are very reasonablly priced on there used games and dvd'd but the newer ones are somewhat more pricey than other stores in the area.

I went here to trade a game in, not for cash, but for another used game. They wanted to give me a ten dollar trade-in value on a recently released game. They were selling the game I brought in used for $40. Okay, say I buy another $40 (their price) used game and use my $10 credit. So, they profit $60 by selling my game and my buying another used game for that they gave someone else $10 for? Anyways, you can buy the game for the same price or just a bit more new at Wal-Mart, or a little cheaper on the net. At least give a little more trade-in value.

PROS: Only comic book/ used game store in Pikeville, unless you count pawn shops
CONS: Expensive, for used.
