Pack & Bianes Vision Care
Pack & Bianes Vision Care has been my optometrist since they moved to EastLake. It has a surprising "spa" ambiance for an optometrist office - they'll offer you heated neck wraps while you wait. The optometrists are very friendly and personable. The other staff is almost as friendly. There is a nice selection of glasses, especially compared to the terrible selection that I used to have to choose from in West Chula Vista. They are very detail-oriented - your receipt and eye information come in a very nice folder, and your glasses come in a quite little bag with a mint and a pen. This is definitely a "boutique" type place, and I like it.

BEST eye exam i have ever had!
this was my first visit, tired of bad service at the cheaper places I LOVED the Drs and penny wise they really match up , so the beautiful office and professional staff didnt mean i would pay extra! they had what i need at a great price.. I wish I hadn't gone to the cheaper places all these years who just do a bare minium eye exam! definitely recommend.

Friendly atmosphere
I have been seeing Dr. Bianes for a few years. She has always been patient and informative with every visit. I love the office and always feel so comfortable when I am there. The equipment is state of the art and I know that I am always going to get the most comprehensive eye exam. I can talk to the doctor about any concerns and she actually takes the time to listen. The staff are helpful and really want you leave happy with your service and purchase. I would highly recommend Pack & Bianes to anyone.

caring, thorough, friendly
I cant' say enough good things about Pack and Bianes Vision Care. From the moment I walked into the office I was treated professionally and felt like part of a family. The staff seems to all care for each other and works well together. The Drs listened to my concerns, took their time, and explained the options. They were patient as I searched through their wide range of frames and helped me choose the glasses I love. I had to go back for some adjustments and they were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Pack and Dr. Bianes.
