Excellent but... by Jonathan L. at InsiderPages
At first, I was very skeptical about any tire company that isn't a franchise but PTO proved me wrong. I first heard of them through a total stranger on the street when I was asking where Wheel Works was located for Toyota Camry oil change because I had their coupon but he recommended Pacific Tires Outlet and added, I've always change my tires at PTO, so when I approached the manager Phil Sweat, he squeezed me in for an oil change even though they were about to close. When they consider what car you drive, they give you a list of tires and the prices are usually good. At that time, I still didn't buy it. Oh well, I got 4 Primera tires instead (279), since they were cheaper than Uniroyal(319).
Long story short, Phil will be the type of guy women love to have as their customer service, believe it or not. He could be
