I purchased some items from this dive shop and was treated with professionalism and patience. So much so that I bought my daughter scuba diving lessons through them. It was a very positive experience for her. I am an experienced diver so they allowed me to go along on the open water dives. The instructor was attentive to the needs of the students, had a good plan and worked very well with them through their skills testing. He showed great patience with them through any difficulties they had. They don't work miracles but you won't go wrong using them.

I just called them to see if they could fill my scuba tank They said "sure come on down", just as I was going to hang up they asked me to "hold on". When he came back on he had the nerve to tell me that "their air tank was low so he would have to charge me way more than normal and that they would not be available till the next day". Price hiking and slow service, not interested, I would avoid them for life if I were you...They are shady.

This dive shop was horrible. They say that they will mentor you and teach you scuba, but in the end they take your money and are rude. There are many dive shops to choose from, and this is not a quality one. Beware and go somewhere else. After losing $$ to them, I went somewhere else and successfully got certified in a nurturing learning environment.

We bought most of our equipment from Pacific. Tom even explained things about equipment we bought from another store in a better manner than the sellers did.
