So, I totally wouldn't shop her for electronics or appliances, given all the horrible reviews on the web. HOWEVER, if you are looking to remodel your kitchen or bath and want some very great help, go to Amira in the plumbing department. She knows her shit and fights for her customers.

We wanted a new faucet for our bathroom and went here on a recommendation from a friend. SO glad we did. Amira could tell from the picture on a cell phone that the faucet we were interested in wouldn't work on our sink. She helped us find a similar style in a faucet that would work so our project wasn't delayed. THEN she fought for us to make sure it got delivered on time.

The rest of the customer service departments might suck (I wouldn't know) but the plumbing department rocks. Definitely recommend!

Do not shop here. Fraud, consumer rip-off unconcerned about reputation.

After purchasing several items that were came in late and communication was poor, we found a wall oven, marked floor model. It was the size and type we wanted. The sales people indicated that it was marked down due to the scratch on the front and incomplete packing, but carried a full warranted.

Well, after 2-3 uses we found the oven would not heat. The electronics worked but no heat. We called pacific sales who refereed us to Frigidaire. Upon calling them they said they did not cover it because it was previously sold and installed had a claim.

Despite repeated attempts to get them to do something, even just parts, the refused and said they did not cover fraud by the dealer.

I spoke to the store manager who was at first defensive and then when I told the story seemed contrite. However after an original call back to get additional information never called back.

Repeated calls to them were never connected to him.

We called a repair man approved by Frigidaire who confirmed it was a computer board failure and expected cost was about $400. Misrepresenting and item selling it as new when it was previously installed is fraud.

Do not shop at Pacific Sales, and check the Frigidaire reviews before you select a product too.

It's a kitchen and bath supply. I think you got the wrong place.

They sell high end electronics. But their customer serive is very low end. The staff attitude is worst than anything I have experienced before. They don't answer their phone. If you leave message, ggod luck hearing back from them.
I was give 4 hour window for the delivery. Driver called after 5 hours. I came home early after taking half day off from work. He was not appologetic at all. Instead of accomodating the next delivary they simply cancel the order.
With this customer service I will not be surprised If they will be out of business soon.
I would not recommend them to anybody (not even to my enemies).
