This was the appraisal service I used before my current appraisers and I can't say there is really anything bad about them. Their website is professinoally done and all appraisals are sent via e-mail in PDF format which can come in very handy if you're on business elsewhere in the country. The one problem I have is their extra fee for rush service. If you want same day service you have to pay an extra $350 on top of their already rather high prices. However, most people are not in too much of a rush when appraising land so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
