Offers the most complete service above and beyond dealers
Well i was surprised, the offered services beyond what dealers could offer. Complete service from diagnosis to oil changes. A great pro is the free detail. I had read reviews posted and the majority was good a few bad. I read some saying they were expensive, well if you compare them to other shops in monterey that will answer it all. IT IS MONTEREY. I will recommend them and will be there with all my vehicles. A plus business.

These guys are so cool to work with! Always so honest to me and my wife. I am so happy I found this shop. They are always so friendly and not scared to lightly joke around. Their service is exceptional. We have never returned for a repair to be re-done and they're diagnostics are always spot on and correct. With rental cars available, shuttle service, and the longest warranty in the county how can you go anywhere else without giving Pacific Motor Service a try first!!!
