I love the Santa Cruz Cookie Company! They are yummy! I go to the Sash mill and buy the day olds and get lots of there chocolate and peanut butter as well as oatmeal! So much cheaper thenthe IN store ones!

I can't remember who told me about this cookie place in Santa Cruz, but I drive over from South San Jose to eat some. They are really delicious and worth the drive.

This bakery has amazing cookies. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My favorite is their peanut butter cookie half dipped in chocolate. Each cookie is available half dipped and they have a variety of ice cream flavors. A cookie with a scoop of ice cream on top -- perfect!

Pacific Cookie Company has a good product, but the worse customer service. The help is rude and lacks any customer service skills. I find it not worth it. If I want a cookie I will go to the grocery store. The store on Pacific is not that clean and looks questionable. Many times the help has been rude. They do not like to wait on customers. Last few times, the cookies were stale anyway, I think they resell the left overs the next day. Its to much money for a stale cookie. I can live without this downtown experience.
