The staff is friendly, and as another reviewer said, will actually take you to what you ask for. I can actually find someone to help me in this store unlike the big box stores. Good selection of stuff you need.

You get the best service here. Not only can you find obscure parts to fix just about anything, they'll order what they don't have in stock. If you need a part to fix something rather than have to buy a whole new product chances are they'll have it and they'll assist you with info. on how to fix it! This store also has a wonderful selection of unique kitchen gadgets and my favorite...Yankee Candles.

Great store. Very helpfull and the staff actually takes you to the product that you are looking for instead of just telling you the aisle they think it is on. There is a paint dept, key making dept and a very cute home shop. This is a great place to go when you do not want to deal with the huge warehouse home improvment stores.

PROS: great customer service & fast moving checkout
CONS: some of the pricing is a little higher than the other stores
