Shockingly bad service
I was sent in to Paaz to find some fittings for jewelry that I am making...nothing big, just some bezels and such. The person who "helped" me was so rude that at first I thought he was kidding around. He put two styles of bezels on the counter, and since I am new to this I asked some questions regarding how the stone would sit on the ring using the different style of bezel. I was the only person in the store. "I don't know, "he said," how should I know what type of ring you are making?"
Hmmm...how about asking.
So, I figured since he wouldn't help me figure out the best one to use, (and yes, I did try to describe what kind of ring I was making and received a death beam stare down!)
So, I thought I might buy both styles and eventually I'd use them for different rings. But before I bought 5 of each bezel I just wanted to know what price I was talking about, and here's what blew me away. When I asked how much they cost his response was, " You know, I don't do this, I can't spend my time giving you a hundred different prices." What? I asked for 2 prices, the price of each bezel on the counter. I then said thank you and left.
When I told my jewelry instructor, (Jay Whaley, who is amazing), he asked me to describe who I spoke to. Turns out it was the owner.... Unbelievable...
