I contacted our community liason at PPM (Brooke Tidwell) for a maintenance issue and also for issues regarding a neighbor. In both instances Brooke was extremely quick to respond and had the issues resolved within a day. She was very supportive of my concerns and was extremely professional. Actually, PPM called me twice after my air conditioner broke - once to make sure I was able to schedule the repair, and once after it was fixed (only took one hour to fix) to see if I needed anything! I also found them to be very supportive of general community concerns regarding parking, pets, and noise. Whenever I have guests over I always get compliments on how nice our landscaping looks. They also started a parking policy so that we no longer have our driveways blocked by neighbors' guests (which has helped a LOT) and they constructed a dog park as well. Very happy to have them manage our community - a true class act!

I have always really enjoyed working with PPM. Cathy Lemley has been our manager for about 12 or 14 years now. I have interacted with her (and other PPM employees) as a homeowner, a volunteer for my community, and as a board member. They have always prompty responded to any situation- within hours for a question or minor issue, within minutes at 1 AM for an emergency, and the owner even personally called me when a crisis popped up when Cathy was in a meeting. I highly recommend the firm.

I actually enjoy dealling with PPM... It's weird to say, given my thoughts on HOAs in general, but this place has won me over. The two ladies I deal with about my neighborhood and my dues are great- friendly but not in a fake suck-up way. They're knowledgable and competent and fair. The manager called me one day to note that I had overpaid my account and asked if I would like her to send me a check or keep it on the account as a credit. I didn't know I had been paying $40/ month extra for almost a year through my bank automatically, so I requested a check and got it the next day. Any time I've had to call, they've been wonderful. Just thought it would be fair for me to point that out, especially since I hated our last company and because I'm the type who takes umbrage with HOAs in general. If we have to have one, at least we have a good manager. I've heard some horror stories but mine isn't one of them!

If PPM fulfilled their promises, they'd be one of the best. They "romanced" us with easy promises that sounded great- until they didn't deliver. 3 years and a lot of money later, we are left wishing they had followed through.
