I bought my laptop from here about two years ago and invested in the extended warantee. Well I had a problem with it just before the warantee ran out. They took it no problem and I had it back in four days with the new cord. It turns out that the cord wasn't working so therefor wouldnt charge or get power. I was plesantly surprised that it was done in the rime frame it was and that it actually didn't cost me a penny. The staff was very helpful and you are always greeted as you walk in the door.
