BEWARE...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I took 3 clothing articles on Apr 28 and after 2 different times of going to pick them up, they only had 2 of them ready and my good, wool, pants were misplaced. They kept giving me the run around and finally said that they had 30days to try to find them. They also said that my credit card would be issued a credit for the cleaning charge and up to this date...May 30, no credit has been issued. I emailed the owner, Tom from their website and never got a response. Rhonda, their manager, was nice enough to tell us that they would keep looking for the pants. BUT NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO GIVE ME A COURTESY CALL DURING THE PROCESS, TO LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF THEIR SEARCH. Well, today, Rhonda left me a message to tell me that they are reimbursing me for the pants and have issued me a check. I am on my way to pick up my check, and am so curious to see how much they thought my pants were worth according to their "industrial chart" LOL
I'll NEVER take my clothes here again and I hope you don't either. Maybe I should just stay away from dry cleaners, period and stop buying "dry clean" only clothing.
