Great selection of toys and supplies and very nice people. Everytime I go there they always have a bird out to play with and this to me shows that they give their birds the necessary attention they need.

I just bought a Green Cheek Conure from this store. The staff and store was awesome. The staff was very friendly and knowlegeable and the store was very clean. I have been to other bird stores in San Diego and they were disgusting and dirty. I completely recommend Our Feathered Friends! Thanks!‎

Employees, are sarcastic, disrespectful, and dishonest. Sick birds are rarely taken to the vet which is illegal, and disgusting nonetheless, and too many birds are crammed into small cages. I was told this was San Diego's Best, if it is, ...

This store is pretty ridiculous. No one would help me, all of the birds seemed miserable or aggressive or too stressed out.‎

I used to work at this store and know all about their neglected sick and dying birds upstairs where customers board their birds, I would watch out when buying anything from this store. Ask to see the sick bird room, which is right next to boarding, also ask about how these birds are being treated, and the last time they have seen a vet. Most of the birds sold at this store are from customers, and people at swap meets, and gas stations, and are sold to the store sick, or infested with mites.
