Dr. Kevin Wilke chipped my two lower teeth during a routine visit. He pressured me into removing some glue that I had on my wire. When I got home, I was devasted to see the chips in my teeth! I contacted the manager at Orthodontic Specialists to have someone there assess the damage on my teeth or to recommend a cosmetic dentist for me, but they were noncompliant. I had to get my permanent wire removed and Dr. Wilke's tool slipped and hit my top tooth! He left a lot of glue on my teeth which is very uncomfortabe. I've had to see various dentists and I've had to get bonding done on my teeth. I've been EXTREMELY patient with them and they have not paid for any of my bills nor will they remove the rest of the glue. My son also has braces there and they asssured us that when we signed the contract that his teeth would be aligned and look straight. Now they want to shave his gums and file his teeth as opposed to orthodontically moving them. I would not reccomend Orthondontic Specialists, they have proven to be extremely unprofessional and incompetent!

Decent place: I had my braces put on there and am going through all the yearly after checks. The doctor I see is only at that office on Wednesdays so it's hard to get in the schedule but he's wonderful and would reccommend them!
