we had termites in our townhouse. treating with spray was not an option to kill all the termites. So we decided to tent our group of townhomes: 7 units. They were fast and efficient. No more termites.

We got quotes from 5 different vendors and negotiated the best price from orkin.
Pros: professional, effiecient, great value, good results
Cons: We had to tent which is always a pain.
