Way better than Home Depot‎
Why is it that on the off-chance I end up at a HomeDepot, I always feel uneasy. It feels angry and impersonal Yet, at OSH I always get the feeling I can browse and let my mind wander. When I do have a question, I feel like I get a better answer and it's certainly more personalized. I wonder if OSH management pays its workers better. If not, they should and they would be rewarded since HomeDepot employees don't seem that excited about being there.‎

good selection, good service
Nice change from the mega-mart that is Home Depot. I liked that the plants in the gardening area actually looked healthy! And that there was a whole aisle of drip irrigation supplies. Oh, and that the service was pretty good. ...

Good hardware store by Tracey C. at InsiderPages
I prefer this place to Home Depot, just because of the atmosphere and the ability to find someone to ask questions to, they seem to be knowedgeable and available. This place is clean, well lit, and easy to find things. I like it that if I am buying something heavy, they give you a ticket and then they load it for you around the back.
