I have filed a claim for a visit 8 months ago and called them hundred times, the customer representatives were giving me different excuses each time and I never got to talk to the supervisor. I have left a message to one name Angelika (Angelia?) yesterday (left countless times to some others and they never called back) and so far no response..
OraQuest sucks! You will have to wait forever for your claim to be reimbursed and tolerate those dumb customer representatives...
