landlord services stink
Orange West Realty, I delt with a Ms. Rebecca Hamilton. She told me that she would advertise in the local paper and do all efforts to get my place rented. I was also interested in purchasing another property. Ms. Hamilton, never advertise in the paper, never responded to any of my 5 emails or return my calls. Little did she know, I own multiple properties and just bought the property that I asked her about. I wonder if the owner of Orange West Realty knows how much money he could of made with me over the years.

orange west has a wonderful new location right next to duncan donuts. i think what they do for the community is a wonderful thing and its always around the holidays that they help people.. we need more businesses like them.
