Great Service
I took my dog in for an eye problem - which turned out to be worst than I expected and was diagnosed with sialocele. Dr. Valdez performed a surgery that day and treated the problem. The surgery was a bit pricey but as long as my dog is relieved from pain - then it's all worth it! The staff was great and real friendly. Their place is real nice and clean too!

Good service! by Jasmin C. at InsiderPages
I brought my dog here to get his shots because we live right next to it. The receptionist was very nice and asked all the right questions about my dog.

When my dog got too rowdy they put us in a separate room, but that was ok since we got to the doctor before anyone else.

The woman was very nice and explained each shot my dog needed and what each shot was for. She did try to make us buy more shots than needed, but we only took the basic ones.

Very good service, and I would definitely recommend.

Fabuloso!!! by joe s. at InsiderPages
First of all, Dr. Wyatt does not work at Orange Veterinary Hospital. He practices at The Pet Hospital!

Second, they have two wonderful groomers who really care about what they are doing. They will work with you to make you as happy as possible with your pet's grooming.

Third, it is their job to give all treatment options to us as owners. It is also their job, after all options are given, to help us come to the best decision for our pet.

They have great hearts and really truly care about the animals and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Great Experiences!
We have been going to Orange Veterinary Hospital for 7 years now. This is the only place I would board my pomeranian. Roy is actually excited to go to the vet. When Roy was attacked by a coyote, I spoke to a dr. on the phone who talked me through my panic and injuries and then opened early that morning and only charged the regular visit and not the emergency visit. Yes, like all businesses they will try to have you do more than is necessary sometimes, but that is there job. If you just say that you want the basic necessities done, they will do it with no more hassles, and no more questions. Grooming is a little pricey but Roy has never been knicked and always comes home happy. I think it is well worth the price! Overall, we have had a great experience with this vet and have recommended them to everyone we know. Yes, there have been a few blips along the way, but my dog and cat have always been safe, effectively treated and happy. What more can a pet owner ask for?!!?

Lack of good management: Many mistakes made with directions as how to deal with your pet. There seems to be a lack of compassion for the animals by the staff (not the vets). You give information to one staffer but then your pet is put in the hands of another staffer who does not receive this infformation. Watch for over charging.
