My son needed an emergency appendectomy and Dr Patel was the on call surgeon. In felt a little powerless because he was on call so I didn't have a chance to do any research on the best surgeon for my son. I was relieved when I met him. He has a calm and reassuring manner. My son had his surgery without a single complication. We were very lucky that Dr Patel was on call the night my son needed his appendix out!
