Unhappy Camper

They said that they would advertise and look after the property since we are out of state. After months of frustration, we advertised ourselves and found someone who was interested in the home within the week. Orange County would not show it in the four days that the potential renter was in town. Friends had to show the home and called to say they found the home in horrible condition. I had to fly in to clean the home and yard even though we had sent money down to a trust account for maintenance and advertising. They kept the money and Lance refused to give me an accounting. He sent me only a couple of Sunday ads in the whole time that he had the place listed. I would never hire these guys again. Niether would any of the neighbors since they never saw them.

Pros: none-Terrible Service

Your timely attention to having him contact me while I was out of town was greatly appreciated.
