As a professional multi speciality group of medical doctors, we have been working with Orange County Medical Billing, Inc. for over 7 years. In that time we have had exceptional service and professional interactions with this billing company and their employees. They are always friendly, knowledgable and available for any and all questions. They have always handled our biling and collections in a timely manner. Our regular monthly meeting with the CEO of this company, provides us with up to date and accurate information on the status of our account. With other outside billing companies we have never had this level of support and interaction. I would highly recommend this billing company.

The billing may be correct but they do not follow up. We had 3 people working our account in 6 months. The turn over was high and our patients could never get a straight answer from the biller. They force you to use their IT man who doesn't speak clearly and only has a pager. He also is rude and acts as if you are bothering him when there is an issue. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY PHYSICIAN!!!!!

They might provide a perfectly acceptable billing service but if it isn't working correctly there are problems. They force their IT on you and he happens to be a guy who is difficult to understand and seems somewhat upset that he has to answer questions.
