Joey Is Great Plumber

I cannot sy enough positive things about Joey who works for Orange Coast Plumbing. He came to my house to fix a shower valve. He was very polite, very friendly and took time and explained to me what eeded to be done. He fixed the problem right the first time and was very careful inside my house. I have expensive light blue carpet and when I asked that he be careful, he told me that he had booties that he could wear to protect my carpet. i was impressed. After he finished the job, someone from the office called to make sure that everything had been taken care of - talk about Great customer service - Most companies do not take the time to do that anymore. I will recommend this vcompany and Joey in particular as a great company to use.

Helpful plumbers

I had a water softener line break in my garage and it was flooding everywhere. The lady that I talked to on the phone told me how to turn off my water to stop the flooding and Larry came out and fixed the problem for me

polite efficient clean and friendly plumbers

I had Toby come out to take care of some repairs in bathroom. I was really suprised at how clean and efficient that he was. There were a lot of things that needed to be done so he did part of the work and then came back the next day to finish the job. On the second day he brought Diego with him so that they could get everything taken care of for me. Diego was also very friendly.They explained everything to me and also cleaned up. I am very impressed with them and i will be calliing them the next time that i need a plumber

Wonderful Service

I needed a new faucet for my bathtub, but I really had no idea what would work out best for me. I called and the lady to answered the phone told me that she could send someone over to me to see what I had and that he would be able to show me different options of what I could do. Jeff came out to my house and after looking at what I had and listening to me, showed me several kinds of faucets that I could chose from. I chose the faucet that I wanted and he was able to get it from the supply house and install it that day. He was very helpful to me and patient as well. What really impressed me was that my bathroom was cleaner after he left than it had been before he arrived. I will tell everyone I know about the wonderful service that he gave me. After he left, someone from the office called doing a routine customer service call - That kind of shocked me. I will be using this company again

Plumbers who are smart

To be truthful the only reason that I called this company is because I kept having my mainline back up about every 6 month and I did not think that the current company that I had been using was doing a good job. .
Larry & Kevin came out and told me I should run a camera down the line to see exactly what the problem was. They told me that my main line had a break in it caused by tree roots and it would continue to give me problems unless I replaced that part of the line. That would have been a big hassel - digging up my yard and part of my driveway. They also told me about another option - Basically they can put a permanent liner into the line that would also take care of the problem, but without tearing everything up. I do not understand why the other company has never told me about this. I will be using this company again and telling everyone that I know about them also
