I am surprised by the negative reviews. Granted my first trip here was a year ago, but I had a great experience with my exam and finding new frames. The doctor was fantastic (I wish my real doctor were as good!)and the sales clerk was ...

...may have to agree somewhat with everyone regarding the attitude of the sales people, however they have a great selection of frames. And the best thing they ever did was to hire a new female doctor. She was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful. You may want to get your eyes examined there and get your glasses elsewhere. Highly recommend the doctor there.

I do not understand these poor reviews! Both my mother and I went in on separate occasions, and purchased glasses from them. Not only did we love the quality of their work we had a great time with the staff - They were fun, we had a good time with them. They told me my glasses would be ready in about 5 days, but they got them back in just a couple of days, and that included a holiday! Once I got my glasses I decided I should have taken the sales person (Chris) advise and have different leanses put in, I called him and explained that - and he fixed the problem without a fuss! I could not recommend this place any more!!!!

The staff at this office is so unbelievably rude; I would rather go blind than deal with them again. They make sarcastic, belittling comments to customers and vendors for no reason other than for their own amusement and cheap bolstering of their own negative self-esteem. Do yourself a favor and visit a reputable ophthalmologist's office and leave the circus shenanigans to these clowns.
