The last review was so funny because I just called this shop regarding a hand applique class and found the person who answered the phone somewhat abrasive and borderline rude.
So came back online to google other shops in the area and found this review so I had to add to it. It's a real shame that she acted this way because I was in the market for a new machine!

The small but nice selection of fabrics, notions and books are beautifully displayed in the shop. Honestly, the merchandising is the best part of visiting Once Upon A Quilt. The prices are the same as what you'd find in most quilt shops. For the most part, the staff is pretty nice although they tend to make you feel kind of self-conscious as you are looking around. However, I found the owner quite abrasive so I stopped going in. There are some other quilt shops in the area where I feel much more welcomed. Lastly, I feel kind of weird going into a quilt shop where I have to be buzzed in!
