This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The staff is not only incompetent but unbelievably RUDE! I got a pathetic offer for high quality children's clothes (I would've made more at a garage sale). I would not recommend them to anyone. However, I do recommend that anyone that has shared my horrible experience to call the manager and let him know, maybe he will actually do something about it.

Wow...I too have found that the staff is incredibly rude! It is a very uncomfortable environment. I no longer take my clothes to their facility to trade in due to the repeated unfriendly vibe that the young girls behind the counter create. They are usually having discussions amongst themselves only briefly stopping to acknowledge the customer.
