I've given this store too many chances and today was it. I went in to sell some items and they wouldn't buy them because they had too much stuff. Fine, but the attitude was not cool. These women are so rude, Every time I've been there, 3 times now, They do need to organize and clean that place because it's just bad, smelly and dirty. I would NEVER buy clothes there either. Might as well go to your local goodwill. And for selling things, why even bother? I felt better when I donated it to the Goodwill. Never Again! I only give it one star because it surely does not deserve any! ...

This place is just plain gross, if they are going to ask the prices they ask for some of the merchandise there then it should at least be cleaned up. They pretty much take it from whomever is selling it and put a price tag on it. I bought a rocker that had mustard caked on it, and was missing the toy bar on it, and they were still selling it for $24. I wanted the rainforest jumperoo and they wanted $69 for it! I can get a brand new one for $79. Rip off!! Gently used, my foot. Not to mention, the people that work at the La Cresenta location are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. It also smells in the store like, cigarettes and BO. It's disgusting, I'll never go back.‎

I've gotten some good stuff here after digging around. They have a lot of over priced things and the clothes for older sizes are pretty beat up but if you have a little one you can usually find some good deals. ...

My wife attempted to buy a stroller from this store this past weekend. Before visiting we called to get a price quote. We were told the models available and the price ($50). When my wife arrived, they gave her an increased price ($75). They apologized by explaining a mistake. Suspicious, I went in and was quoted another price ($125).
When my wife called back today to see if the stroller was still available, they gave her another price ($65). She asked them to set it aside, drove twenty minutes to the store, took both our kids in, and attempted to buy it. When she arrived, the owner told her that there had been another mistake, and that they could not sell it for $65 when someone else had called offering $95.

This store is run by dishonest people who will not keep their word. They use the classic bait and switch to lure people into the store. Do not sell your items there, do not shop there, and tell everyone you know that these crooks will take advantage of you. They should be ashamed.

Do not go there to sell clothes...several times I went there and was told they had stopped buying for the Day!!! I live in Los Feliz and it is a drive...the woman was rude and could of cared less. I will never go back to this store ...
