The store is clean and organized. I have found wonderful pieces of jewelry and designer clothes at a fraction of the retail cost. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had only positive experiences consigning at this store. I highly recommend shopping and consigning at this business.

Refusing to take responsibility on the stores inadequacy she became irate with me and said We have many 'unstable' customers and I find you to be one of them. WOW! Her lack of professionalism, conflict resolution, customer service, communication and business skills should be noted. Not to mention - she is off her rocker!

Once Again has been around for years and thats how long I have been shopping there. It never has been a disappointment. I can't tell you how many peices of really cool jewelry I have gotten there,for a great price too! The sales are great,glad they finally got a web site. The stock changes every day and the displays are always dressed in the currant season and style. So many more people are going to know about my little secret now. I will be sure to go every week to make sure I get the best of the best!!

I've used Once Again a few times and found them --especially the owner--unpredictable, capricious, and downright snotty, as if the goal were to humiliate the customer.

I don't want to reveal too many details since I still have to deal with them, but a suburban sense of superiority was almost always there.

On rudeness, you'll have to take my word for it.
On the issue of arbitrariness, I've had them reject very fashionable premium brands while they chose to carry Croft & Barrow items (the Kohl's brand) instead! !!! I just don't get it.

My experience has been that bringing in carefully-selected big-name brands, from within the last three years, is not enough to satisfy them. I've had them reject Armani jacket in great shape, and generally found that they accepted a tiny portion of what I brought in. I remain mystified.

I don't know what I did to set their noses out of joint, but I've almost always experienced this unpleasant attitude.
