I would be ashamed to own this business
Repairman shows up to fix my car window, my wife watches as he struggles to get the window in properly. After some pushing and pulling and a loud POP the window appears to work. I came home the next day to inspect the window and found that the door frame had been completely bent out of shape. After calling the company and complaining, they sent the same repairman out to look at the damage he has done. Right off the bat the man is in denial, claiming it was impossible to bend the frame. Anyone who knows anything about cars will tell you, when the window is down, it is very easy to bend the frame.
After going back and forth, the man throws his arms in the air and says, " Your just gonna have to take me to court, I didn't do it and I'm not fixing it". He then jumps in his truck and speeds through the neighborhood. I didn't even have time to show him the scratches he had left on the door panel as he was trying to pry it off. Very poor customer relations and I would be ashamed to own a business like that.
