On Deck has two of the best barbers i've ever seen. Lance, the owner has been cutting my hair for years and I always get a great cut from him. The only drawback is he's so popular there is usually a few people waiting for him. A while back I was in a hurry and I decided to give his new barber John a try. He gave me an awesome cut. John also told me he takes appointments. Lance is first come first server. That's great to know when you don't have time to sit and wait. I also like knowing I have two barbers that can give me a great haircut.

I've been a fan of On Deck for years. Lance is one of the best barbers in Orange County. And now they have a new barber there named John who I think is equally as good...and John will give you an appointment for no extra charge. A great haircut with an appt for 14 bucks...you can't beat that anywhere.‎

As mentioned, Lance and Karl are very execellant barbers having both spent decades with all styles and types. They are comfortable with you saying, "just cut it short" and they figure out what will work for your face and head shape. The entire shop has a baseball stadium feel and there's always a game on the tubes making a wait comfortable. Sure, there's no free beer and no trendy "No Women Allowed" signs but I personally don't want to pay $25 for Pabst in a can which is pretty lousy beer in the first place.‎

Lance and Carl are the best. If you want a real barbershop experience give them a try. Prices are fare and the conversation alway open.‎
