5 star hotel and customer service
I have been a guest at this hotel for several years. Each visit tops the last. On my current visit the Loyalty Ambassador emailed me one day prior to my arrival to verify that my specifications for the room were met. When I arrived the crib I requested was already in the room, there was fresh ice in the ice bucket, and a personal handwritten note was left with a complementary bottle of water from Mr. Sanchez to welcome me and to wish me a pleasant stay. This location is the reason I stay at Omni hotels anywhere I go. The rooms are always beautiful, clean and comfortable, complementary morning beverage, news paper; wifi and speedy check in/out are some of the benefits to this hotel. The pool is closed at a reasonable time and although there is always a wedding or event taking place, not once has it interfered with our stay or our sleep.
