I recently started a huge remodeling project for my parent's house. I didn't realize the costs were going to exceed the budget I had planned. It's an older home, built in the 1950's and had the windows last replaced in the early 70's. It has no air conditioning, and the insulation doesn't seem to adjust too well with the weather. Anyways, when it came to replacing the windows and sliding glass doors, I didn't realize how expensive they were, especiall dual paned and the sliding glass doors were exceptionally larger than the norm. Anyways, I called and went to about 7 different glass and window companies, and the sales people immediately saw dollar signs, and were trying to tell me how much time it would take to manufacture and install these, and the costs were extremely high. Plus in most of these places I saw some of the people who worked there, installers, and warehouse people, and frankly, the thought scared me that they would be coming into my parent's home to do work, they all pretty much looked like they were on drugs, and the sales people weren't very friendly or encouraging, except to get me to pull out my credit card or checkbook.
Then I ran into an old friend who told me about this one company in Kearny Mesa, I thought, okay, here I go again, confronting another salesman. However to my surprise, I went into the place which was a small office, however was greeted with a friendly staff, and they showed me very courteous service. They were busy, but knew that I was in a hurry, and did all they could to accomodate me. In fact the prices they quoted me were very reasonable, and with superior quality materials, better than any of the other glass places I went to, and less expense. They were prompt with their delivery and installation, and it was all Excellent ! Superior quality workmanship, and polite installers, and my parents love their new windows and Sliding Glass Doors ! I would definitely use their service again, and recomment highly to anyone needing the best service and product ! KUDOS !
