The internet is a funny thing. My name is Ron Costello and I am
the vice president of Omega Termite and Pest Control. On the internet folks can write whatever they want and not be responsible.
They can even make things up that are not true without accountability. This claim is simply untrue. We have not received any complaints from a John T. as a matter of fact.

Omega Termite charges the same inspection fees for all clients.
We also provide excellent, unequaled service to all, and have been for the last 30 years. I would invite John T. to call in and speak to me personally in order to resolve any complaint regarding fees that were charged. Thanx

I was very disappointed at Omega's pricing policy and felt it was an unfair business practice. While they charged me $220 for an interior only termite inspection and another $220 for a clearance inspection, they charged only $135 for an exterior inspection by a real estate agent. They, obviously, have different layers of costs and a private individual is not afforded the same discount as the real estate agent. This is completely unfair and discriminatory, especially since I hired Omega at the urging of my real estate agent, as well. Had the agent made the appointment for the inspection, she would probably have been given the discount.The inspector spend about 10 minutes, at most, on the interior inspection of a vacant home and, yet, I was charged an EXHORBITANT $220 FEE TWICE. The buyer's agent paid only $135 for an exterior inspection lasting about 20 minutes which required getting up on a ladder and time-consuming inspection of cracks and crevices. They denied my request for a refund so I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND this company due to their unfair and unscrupulous business practices.
