I was going to take Omega Shuttle from ORD to MDW. When the van showed up at 10:45am the shuttle bus center at ORD the driver told me that we had to pick someone up at the international terminal and we'd leave ORD at 11:00am so I'd have plenty to time to get to a 12:30pm flight.



Well, we waited at the international terminal until 11:20am when I said that we needed to get going. The driver then called their dispatcher on speakerphone and told her that he had someone that needed to catch a 12:30pm flight in MDW. Her response was, "He's going to miss his flight..." and told him to wait at the international terminal.



By then, Wisconsin Coach which also does that service had already left on time and their next one wouldn't get me to MDW Iin time. The driver was nice enought to give me my fare back but then I ended up having to pay for a $65 cab fare to make my flight in time.

I've had a horrendous experience with Omega Airport Shuttle. I made the drastic mistake of paying for a round-trip ticket on my credit card. The trip to the airport was not great. It took two and one half hours to take me from the southside to O'Hare. We made four additional stops after I was picked up. We changed buses once, and drivers once. The driver dropped off passengers to Midway Airport before the O'Hare passengers were dropped off.

The nightmare came when it was time for me to return. I called the morning of my return to Chicago. I spoke to the "owner" who confirmed that I would be picked up. Remember, I've already paid for the round-trip service. The "owner" told me what door to go to and to wait at least 45 minutes because sometime they might run late. When I arrived at O'Hare, I got my luggage and hurried to door 4 as instructed. I got there at 8:45 p.m. NO OMEGA BUS. I asked the gentleman inside at the desk if he had seen an Omega Bus that left and he stated he had not seen an Omega Bus all evening. I called the Omega office, but they had closed. I waited for a solid hour in freezing temperatures thinking they surely would not leave a customer stranded especially when they had paid up front. NO OMEGA BUS EVER SHOWED UP!! I had to pay for a cab home.

To add insult to injury, when I called for a refund of the return portion of the fee, I couldn't believe how unprofessional and sleezy the women on the phone was. I have asked several time to speak with the "owner" but she will not return my calls and will not come to the phone. She told the rude women who answers the phone to tell me that the fee is non-refundable. However, when I made the reservation (and the "owner" is the one who suggested I pay round-trip) SHE NEVER MENTIONED MY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. AND THEY ARE THE ONE'S WHO DIDN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE.

Please be aware. DON'T TAKE OMEGA AIRPORT SHUTTLE. You may just get ripped off for $35.00 like I have.
