I have been coming to this auto repair facility for many years. Great people, treat you like family. Repairs are usually done in one day. They have loaners to give out to customers too.

They are certified tech's who know their stuff. If you're tired of going to dealers and paying too much I'd recommend these people.

Skilled mechanics, staff is friendly and will go out of their way to help you out of a jam. Make you feel like family. Repairs done right first time at a reasonable price. Always give information without pressuring you.

We have been coming here for almost two years and have been very pleased with the service and the knowledgeable staff. Everything is explained in language we can understand, and we have never been pressured to make an unnecessary repair. It is great to have a mechanic's shop that is run with integrity.

We recently bought a used car, and had it checked out at O'Gorman's before we made an offer. They found some things wrong with it, which we were able to have the dealer fix. O'Gorman's also gave us advice on negotiating with the dealer, the value of our trade-in, and the value of the car we were purchasing. All of this gave us confidence and helped us negotiate a fair price.

We won't take our car anywhere else!

It is such a great story I had to share it her.

I happened to get a flat tire right on North Ave. later on a Friday evening.
Not having AAA (lesson learned) I began walking home as I also didn't have a cellphone at that time.

A mechanic from O'Gorman's came upon this scene and stopped to offer me help. THIS WAS AFTER business hours on a Friday!!!!! Nonetheless, this superhero put on the spare, drove my car to O'Gorman's, repaired my tire and said then told me there WAS NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!! to This kind man did this out of the kindness of his heart and for no other reason. I have never forgotten this act.

I have found the service here to have the same genuinity

I have been getting my cars worked on here since my wife and I moved to Milwaukee a few years ago. They have always taken the time to explain things in a way I can understand. They are willing to help me anyway they can. I truly appreciate working with this father/son business. It shows me how the family is really important to them and their business. They simply show that they care.
