While shopping for an electronic notebook, the manager actually

While shopping for an electronic notebook, the manager actually told me that I should go one of their competitors. OfficeMax did not have the item in stock or on display. First the manager told me that he did not know when they would get this item in, then later in the conversation told me that they would not get it in. So, the manager either did not know his stock or was fast-talking me. I then informed him that his competitor has a similar item on display, but that I wanted to purchase from this store. It was then that he told me to got to the competitor.
