This place makes me so mad!! The few times I have been forced to shop here have been a nightmare. The staff is unmotivated and inept, and the management consists of money hungry vultures who are ready to interrogate you if you dare try and return something. Add that to the 14 day return policy and you are stuck with anything you buy and cant return immediately. The prices are a lot higher than the competition anyway. shop at any of the other stores including... The new STAPLES. OFFICE DEPOT or even TARGET accross the street. Just stay away from here if you value your money.

I have been to this Office Max twice in the last year, and both times, the staff acted as though I was inconveniencing them by attempting to buy something. The next nearest office supply store is two miles farther away from my house, but they seem happy to see me. They get my business.

I visited the store about a month ago and wanted to tell you that it looked great and was very clean and organized. I talked to a couple of associates there and one in particular stood out as she was so pleasant at the front desk and her name was Crystal. Great store with good people working there.
