They always have what I need and are low priced. Their rewards system is great, too. I get money (to a gift card) every few months.

I ordered a chair online for in store pick-up at the Ina location, when I went in they told me that the coupon I used online wouldn't be honored because the chair was marked down so much already. I told them that I had already paid for the order online and it had accepted the coupon. They then said that the order hadn't processed and no money had been debited from my account. Needless to say I didn't get the chair. I then checked my bank account the next day and the amount for the chair had been debited from my account. I called Office Depot they said it wasn't their fault and to call my bank. Thanks for all the great help Office Depot!!

They were very helpful and very polite. I was able to order labels over the phone and pick them up after I got off of work. That made things very convienieant.
