no interest in customer satisfaction
twice given wrong information
no one available when said they would be
took over an hour to make a purchase
because their act wasn't together
rude incompetent morning manager who
did not supervise the transaction handled by
a trainee and had to be called four times
rather than stay present and handle the
complicated matter personally, walked
away without a word. Unreliable, undependable,
unfriendly and unlikely I will step in that store
again.

Whenever I visit this Office Depot there is nothing on the shelves and the staff is unwilling to assist customers. The store is in chaos and the shelves are bare. Employees are constantly putting away merchandise yet there are out of stocks every where.
