Off Price Carpet used to be a great place to go if you're looking for a deal on high quality carpet for much cheaper than you might find at big box retailers, but the service experience that I recently had was pretty horrible. I had to take time away from work multiple times, each time something was wrong with the order or installation! Then when the install was complete, they left a huge chunk of the old carpet on my balcony with an excuse of... oh I thought you wanted to keep it.
