Not so great as they say!‎
I visited the Montecito Occhiali store and ordered glasses in 2005. They were very helpful and design conscious. I did appreciate this. BUT I don't believe them to be honest and trustworthy as a business. I ordered very nice light weight frames and lenses. $$$ They were great. Then after 1 1/2 years the Ultra violet finish wore off my lenses. At this point there was not one scratch on my lenses. Just spots of worn off finish. I brought them in and asked to have the finish removed. They said they would take care of it. It was 2 weeks before I finally got my glasses back. I called over and over again. It was supposed to only be 2 days. They had replaced my lenses because they said the finish removal effects the finish. The new lenses in my glasses were different lens! They were yellowish. When I pointed this out to them and ask for my old lenses,... of course they didn't have them and they assured me they were the same, just a different batch. Within one month I had scratches ...
