From the moment I walked in, I did not feel like I was at a car dealership. I was greeted by genuinely friendly sales associates who didn't pressure me and who treated me like a guest in their home. I shopped around at a lot of car dealerships-- I got so frustrated. All I wanted was a new Camry with a sunroof, but other dealerships tried to get me to buy extras like leather, premium sound system, etc. All I wanted was a sunroof! Bob, at Oak Lawn Toyota actually listened to me. I felt like so comfortable and ended up driving away in my dream car! I would HIGHLY recommend Oak Lawn Toyota-- the entire experience totally exceeded my expectations. I actually just went back for my first oil change-- the service staff was great. Bob even stopped by to say hi and offered to loan me his car so I could run some errands while I was waiting! Such a great experience!!
